Modalities of Participation

In-person participation

The presentations will take place in person, with an estimated duration of 20' plus 10' for questions-answers or further explanations.

An abstract (up to 250 words) must be approved in advance.

The abstract form may be downloaded here, filled in, and sent to the conference's address: [email protected]Or it may be filled in Google Forms.

(The deadline for sending abstracts was 30th April)

After registration, the abstracts will be published on the conference webpage. The author is free to prepare also a written text to be included in the Atrium of papers without additional fees.

The in-person conference fee is: 

- Full voucher: 149 USD (includes presentation -with the option of paper publication on the Atrium-, 3 lunches, a 3-hour tour in the city of Jerusalem, the conference kit, and one-year access to the recorded interventions and the Atrium papers).

- Basic voucher: 89 USD (includes presentation -with the option of paper publication on the Atrium-, the conference kit, and one-year access to the recorded interventions and the Atrium papers).

After the conference, the author may submit a draft article for a peer-reviewed publication subject to the editorial board's approval.

A limited number of persons may attend the conference as audience. If you are interested in attending, please fill the form here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Options for attending the conference in-person conference:

- Full voucher (95 USD): In addition to attending the presentations, it includes 3 lunches, a 3-hour tour in the city of Jerusalem, the conference kit, and one-year access to the recorded interventions and the Atrium papers.

- Basic voucher (35 USD): In addition to attending the presentations, it includes the conference kit and one-year access to the recorded interventions and the Atrium papers.

Online participation

Scholars who are unable to travel yet are interested in submitting a written contribution may send an article to be uploaded to the Atrium, a gallery of papers on the conference website. Conference participants will be granted access to these papers for one year. The papers should be an original unpublished work up to 6,000 words in length, including notes and bibliography. For the reference style, we suggest seeing here a selection of examples from the Chicago Manual of Style. 

A video recording of about 20 minutes is also an alternative. It would be uploaded to the Atrium.

The Atrium participant fee is 79 USD (includes paper publication on the Atrium, webinar sessions, and one-year access to the recorded interventions and the Atrium papers).

Early registration can be done before the 30th of June 2021 for a discount fee of 59 USD.

The editorial board of the final monography may select some of the Atrium papers for the final peer-reviewed publication.

The online audience participant fee is 35 USD (webinar sessions and one-year access to the recorded interventions and the Atrium papers). The registration deadline for the online audience is the 20th of September 2021.

Early registration can be done before the 30th of June 2021 for a discount fee of 25 USD.
