Required Documents
- All documents must be submitted in PDF format. Files should include the candidate’s family name followed by the item name (ex: Rodriguez passport copy).
- Documents can be sent individually.
- Passport photos should be sent by post.
- Letters of recommendation must be sent directly by each reference and transcripts must be sent directly from each university (by either email or post).
- Candidates who submit their applications after May 1 may submit clear digital passport photos.
- We accept applications until August 1, but it is best to send all materials by June. Please contact us if you have any questions about the application or if you are concerned that your documents will reach us too late.

  9. I understand that Polis reserves the right to use photographs or videos of the students for advertising purposes in Polis’ website, brochures, and other media.
  
  10. I understand and accept that:
  
  a. Successful completion of the One Year Program in Ancient Philology, the One Year Program in Near Eastern Languages, the Fluency program in Ancient Greek, the Fluency program in Arabic or the Certificate in Second Language Teaching Methodology allows the student to request a certificate from the Polis Institute.
  
  b. Successful completion of the Two-Year Program in Ancient Philology allows the student to request recognition of the academic courses followed at Polis Institute and receive an accredited MA degree from the International University of Catalonia (Barcelona) under the condition that the student registers and complies with the requirements of the accrediting university.
  
  c. Successful completion of the Two-Year Program in Near Eastern Languages allows the student to request recognition of the academic courses followed at Polis Institute and receive an accredited MA degree from the University of Navarra (Pamplona) or by the International University of Catalonia (Barcelona) under the condition that the student registers and complies with the requirements of the accrediting university.
